I think there are some free software on ipad or ipone, but I don't recommend you to using taht kind of stuff. I use some software before and maybe half an hour later I change to play games.
If you really want to learn english online, you can watch American drama, movies, and some TV show.
That not only helps you know some new words, also gives you a rest.
