芒果2-3大个(约500G)砂糖100G 水80-100ML 糯米粉200G 澄粉70G 椰丝适量
1。芒果去皮切粒搅拌成茸 糖混合水煮溶化后加入糯米粉和澄粉混合搅拌均匀
2。倒入芒果茸搅拌均匀大火隔水清蒸1个小时左右
3。摊凉后放入冰箱冷藏6小时以上
4。取出切块均匀滚上椰丝即可
