第一句不知道你原本想表达什么。
第二句的replace要么需要用第三人称单数,或者过去式。因为没有上下文his后面的名词应该还是要写出来,不然没法理解。另外,original是形容词,语法和句意的角度讲,后面应该有一个名词。

第一句我有小疑问,前面是he,后面replaced by又是her,这里不应该是在说同一个人么?
第二句我觉得用You can't use the old one because it doesn't work well and has to be replaced with a new one.会更好。work well to replace 不是特别通。
found后面应该用主格she,这里其实find后面是一个从句,所以不需要用宾格。still后面的be其实和was重复了,用at就好
