由于需要从youtube上扒视频在传到youku上，估计理想状况下能每天更新一个的样子。ORZ所以，允许我放预告吧~

圣诞节快到啦，大街小巷，商场咖啡店里飘着的都是各式各样的圣诞歌曲了。其实圣诞歌曲除了国内经常能听到的Jingle Bells，和英语可都学过的We wish you a merry Christmas还有很多或传统或新潮的圣诞歌曲，就让我们乘着12月，慢慢介绍吧~

Adeste Fideles 的曲调由英国赞美诗作家约翰弗朗西斯韦德所做，词的出处已经不甚明晰，据传是13世纪的一位神学家的作品。
【目录最顶上的图中的曲谱就是这首】

这首赞美诗由弗雷德瑞克欧克利翻译成英文后，广为流传。
这首赞美诗有好几个不同版本的中文翻译，但意义都相近。常见的中文名称是：齐来崇拜歌
歌词概括起来就是说到基督诞生，于是基督徒去崇拜他。

下面剑桥大学国王学院2010年的录音。由国王学院和伊顿公学的唱诗班表演。英语。

下面这个拉丁语版本是都柏林的Christchurch Cathedral唱诗班演唱的。
网上同时还可以找到enya的拉丁语版本，不过enya的拉丁语的英语痕迹不是一般的重。这个版本是youtube上音质还过得去，拉丁语又标准的仅存硕果。

Hark! the Herald Angels Sing

Hark！The herald angels sing最早在1739出版的一本名为Hymns and Sacred Poems的诗选中出现，然而当时的版本并不如我们今天所听到的那么欢快，而是相当肃穆的。最初版本开头为："Hark! how all the welkin rings / Glory to the King of Kings"（大意为，听！苍穹发出铃声，荣耀归于万王之王）。现在的曲调是由门德尔松在 1840年为了纪念古腾堡发明印刷机而写的一首康塔塔改编而来的。在1961年，剑桥大学出版社出版的一本合唱圣诞颂歌集中包涵了这首圣诞颂歌，此后，在国王学院的 Nine Lessons and Carols中，这首诗经常被用作退场曲。
在中文中，这首似乎被称为《新生王歌》

The first noel

The first Noel 被认为是英国传统的圣诞歌曲，其中Noel来自法语词noël ，现在的意思是圣诞节，拉丁语原意为day of birth。
这首歌曲最开始来自康沃尔郡，最初有六段，后来改编为三段。有中文版本《圣诞佳音》

从没有听过现场版本的圣诞圣歌，很向往

也写做：God rest you merry, gentlemen
这首曲子也是英国民谣传统的圣诞歌曲，演唱的曲调是自然小调。【自然小调这事我解释不清楚，有兴趣可以去网易公开课聆听音乐那里听那个教授讲的。直接说结果的话，就是歌曲的情绪不如大调明快，会加上一定的阴郁色彩。放在这里就会给宗教歌曲带上一点神秘气息吧……】

第一句，同时也是题目的

引用
God rest ye merry, gentlemen

的含义一直备受争议。rest取得是keep, make的意思，而据说merry在这句中表示mighty，尽管在给了mighty这个词16中定义的牛津大辞典中也无法找到这样的演义。在18世纪是，句中的ye改为了you，并且原本句中用主格的ye也是不正确的

歌词各个版本少有不同，节数也不统一。最完整的歌词和第一节不同版本的对照。

（可能是版权问题，今年youtube上搜不到她完整版的视频了。在youku找了一个，视频上说凯尔特这个是不准确的，演唱者是加拿大人，出生在加拿大，父母的族裔背景是苏格兰和爱尔兰。她目前定居的城市叫做斯特拉特福，以莎士比亚的出生地命名，城市也是仿照英国的斯特拉特福造的。）

这帖子什么时候冒出来的，我都不知道
前排座位没有了。。。。

现在我的耳边回荡的不是圣诞歌曲，而是某广告歌曲，歌词大概是XXXXXXX and i need cash now~~~~、 call 877 -cash-now
囧，，这首歌真是来回荡漾在我的脑海里啊，

When a child is born

When a child is born和先前介绍的圣诞歌曲有些不同，这首歌相对比较年轻，写于1972年，原曲名为Soleado（google说这是西班牙语的sunny），几年之后，Fred Jay为其配上的英文歌词。歌词本身并没有直指圣诞节，但是因为写到一个特定婴儿的诞生，而被认为是在说耶稣的诞生，歌词中的"a tiny star lights up way up high" 也被认为是伯利恒的描述。

虽然说When a child is born并不是传统的圣诞歌曲，但是这首曲子的曲调柔和并且也是一段旋律反复唱诵，和传统圣诞歌曲有些相似。岚君我就把它放在这里了。

一束希望的光芒闪烁在天空中，

好吧，小萝莉来了。这孩子特别小，所以多少有点气息不稳的感觉，有些音比较颤，有点用力过度的感觉，我听着有点胸闷。囧。不过以那个年纪来说相当不错了。

What child is this(Green sleeves)

What child is this的词写于1865年，作者是29岁的 William Chatterton Dix，他当时重病在床，在顺利康复之后，他写了不少的赞美诗，其中就包括What child is this，后来被被在传统曲调Green-sleeve（绿袖子）上。

和其他的圣诞颂歌一样，歌词也有不同的版本，我只贴一个常见版本。

What child is this, who, laid to rest,

On Mary’s lap is sleeping,
Whom angels greet with anthems sweet
While shepherds watch are keeping?
This, this is Christ the King,
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing;1

我总觉得诗歌比其他更加的打动我
有些歌词其实明明就是来自圣经
但是加上音乐之后，就觉得特别的触动人心
